There is so much information that I have to learn and remember.
And since the hotel is in Queens and I come from Manhattan, I don't know the area that well and there are many guests who come by car and ask for directions...;;;
Not to mention because I have to deal with guests, people can be A F****** DOUCHE sometimes.
WHY DO DOUCHES EVEN EXIST?!
There was this guy who came into the hotel to check in and since the hotel requires a credit card and a photo id (so we can make a photocopy for incidental charges)...I took both photo id and credit card to photocopy and he started to yell, "HEY! Are you making a photocopy of my id?! No, no, no! I can't let you do that!"
Come on, its not like the hotel will steal your information. Nobody's interested in that. Heck, even the government knows his info...will he then deny the government if they were to ask to photocopy his id? Seriously...I can't believe there are people who want to cause so much trouble for others...

I barely know the place since I'm not from queens, I don't drive so driving directions are a no-no, and I'm not familiar with the whole computer reservation system...
